Legal Question in Personal Injury in California
i was at work at a bank and an employee decided to scare me out of the blue. I can honestly say that i had never been scared that way in my life before, as i honestly thought i saw the devil. Right after that, i had a panic attack, and i have been struggling with panic/anxiety/attacks ever since. My life has been greatly distraught over this, not to mention the medication prices i have paid in order to live my life. Can i sue the employee for this? the actual employer (the bank)? Please give me advice as i feel this would be legitimate since my life has been greatly altered
