Legal Question in Personal Injury in California
I work for a big oilfield trucking company and the other day our area safety rep had taken a can of computer dusting spray and turned the can upside down and shot me in the face with the liquid at the same time i was inhaling I had a coughing attack for about 45 minutes I wanted to throw up and i also had a hard time breathing also i started to shake and had heat sweats. I want to know what i should do. the spray is a office depot brand it also containes 100% tetrafluoroethane.

This guy is the safety rep? Seek all appropriate medical attention right away then consult a workers' compensation attorney.
