Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

I ws rear ended 12 days ago and the lady that rear ended me has not claimed the report yet to her insurance company. What is my statue of limitations before it will be my responsiblity to pay for all damage and injuries? How many hours or days does she have and should get I get a laywer?

If you were injured, get yourself an attorney. You also might have to file a report with the DMV. Your insurance agent can help you with that (or your attorney).
