Legal Question in Product Liability in California
My 16 year old daughter had the occasional pimple. She purchased the Clean and Clear Advantage kit by Johnson and Johnson, used it three times and broke out into the worst case of acne, red, burning skin and dryness I've ever seen. (I took pictures) She missed a day of school, missed her club volleyball practice, and therefore will miss the first game in her tournament this weekend. I took her to the Dr.and he had to put her on Minicyline for a month. Do we have a case?

You might have a case. However, if your daughter makes a complete recovery, the case is probably to small to pursue. You would need to retain experts to check the product and see if it was defective. This could cost several thousand dollars. If there is permanent injury, you should save the rest of the product and retain legal counsel to oversee the case.
