Bad Auto repair

On Dec. 26, 2006 I was in a car accident. The car was repaired at an auto shop and was given back to me in March 2007. from March to now we I have taken the car back due to really bad work. Finally the auto shop told me ''Get your car out of here we will no longer fix it'' now my car is at a different auto shop. the car is unuseable for the past 3 months because of the sloppy work the auto shop did. I still pay for the monthly car payment monthly ins and i have to pay for the bus now to get to work. I have no idea when my car will be ready to use. I f the work was done right the first time we would not be in this situation. I f they would've told me the first time i took the car back to them that they couldn't fix then i would told my ins. I just don't know what to do.

You might want to consider filing suit against the auto shop under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act. You'll probably need some help from an attorney. Check out the South Texas College of Law free clinic on San Jacinto.
