Legal Question in Product Liability in California
If i bought a car from a dealer and it turned out to be a lemon car, which is barely running a couple months down the line with the dealers knowledge and he said a couple weeks after i got car he was going to fix it and still till this day hasnt and refuses to fix it or give me a trade in and is impossible to conduct business with for he is insulting me calling me stupid then lying to the financing company saying he fixed my car many times which he never has and also told me to lie on my financing application and stated i have a license which i dont and said i put. $2000 down when i only put. $500. This car is a potential death trap the steering wheel will turn unless alot of force is used, transmission feels like its going to drop. He never told me any issue on the car isnt he liable to fix it or at least give me a trade in?

You may have a case depending upon what the paperwork says and any followup e mails. You should see an attorney ASAP. Bring them the contract and any other paperwork. Also take them any notes you have. You may call my office if u would like to talk more about this. 818 345 0123
