Legal Question in Product Liability in California
Can a company that donated (2) items with the value of $200 each ask for the items back(it was for a charity). i am the middle person and i am kind of getting harrassed by the person who had the items donated. what can i do? or what is the legal advice on this?

That depends on the terms of the agreement. normally, when something is donated its ownership is transferred to the donee and there is no obligation to return it. Only if they made it subject to it being sold or they would get it back does it have to be returned. They did get free advertising from making the donation.
