Make a wish and break it in two. Seriously, even assuming you thawed the frozen burrito before attempting to eat it, you didn't say you were hurt, and it's much more difficult to claim damages (if that is what you were asking) when the object in the food is a naturally occurring object such as a bone or shell fragment instead of a foreign object.

There is actually a case on exactly this point. The court held that bones in a chicken burrito were a naturally occuring risk of eating a burrito and the person who bit into it an injured their mouth got nothing. Please be sure to compost the bone after you make your wish.
