Need Info On Suits Against Election Machine Manufacturers Settled Out of Court?

I'm looking for examples of lawsuits against election machine manufacturers--Diebold, ES&S,Sequoia,Hart InterCivic, settled out of court to avoid felony charges, in California or anywhere in the U.S. I'm flummoxed as to how to proceed. Any ideas? Thanks.

Product liability -- did the machine give you an electric shock, or did it fall on you and injure you? Felony charges -- are you accused of stealing one?
