Legal Question in Product Liability in California

my car is not even 5 years old and the engine has been replaceed twice so and is now in the shop again its been in the shop almost more then ive driven it. the car is a 1999 cobra mustang,pklease tell me if my car is a lemon, i have stacks of paperwork all from services from the dealership where i bought the car and the warranty has always covered it but the stack is just getting bigger of all the services for defective parts or etc... thank you
