Legal Question in Product Liability in California
My neighbor's RC Roberts stonewood 1981 mobilehome has faulty polybutylene pipes. I understand that the class action lawsuit has been closed. Her insurance company will not help with the cost to replace the faulty pipes. She is elderly and deaf. Is there any way to help her recover the costs to repair and replace the damage?

Unless she opted out of the class, I don't think there's anything that can be done.
