Legal Question in Product Liability in California

hi my name is victor i was living with my girlfriend to be wife but it didn't work out i bought a car under my name it's register under my name only i got the pink slip under my name she mightof made a payment or two but i even got bankstatements everything is under my name is this a court matter? how can i get it back can you help me.

You do not tell us how she got the car, what her argument is why she is entitled to the car, whether you promised the car to her, etc. Without the needed details no one can suggest how to get the card back.
