Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California
If I own a 6 bedroom home in Lake Forest and am renting each room out,to individual roommates, the master bedroom guy has not paid rent and has his gfriend living there, and was not up front about it, he has been there for one month...if he does not pay rent, how do I get rid of him?

You either own it or you do not. How can you rent out to so many people wlthout knowing anything about landlord/tenant law and practices. You are heading for even more problems. None of us can take the time to give you a detailed description of how to do an eviction; read this site for the numerous prior questions and responses as to this problem. If you really have no idea, hire an expert lin the field and have him tell you what mistakes you are making as to contracts, etc. You might wnat to hire a management company also.
