Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

3/60 day inviction notice

If you are served a 3/60 day notice and the landlord excepts the money do they have to serve you with another 3/60 day notice or if he doesn't serve you with another 3/60 day notice does the landlord have to have to give the money back?

Re: 3/60 day inviction notice

What is a 3/60 day notice? Please be more specific. I have heard of 3-day notices and 30-day notices, but never one combining two different time periods. Perhaps this is something under a local rent-control ordinance.

At any rate, it is necessary for the lawyer to know what the notice notifies you of; for example, is it a notice to pay rent or quit, or what???????????
