Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

Given 30 day from landlord, Complied, moved 4 days before end of 30 day

I was given a 30 day notice by my landlord. I complied and moved within the 30 days. I moved 4 days before the thirty day notice was up (11/6/99 instead of 11/10/99). It was the weekend before my notice was up, moving during the week would be impossible. I delivered possesion of the property on the 6th, received my security deposit back less rent from 11/1/99 to 11/10/99. My question is, can I take my landlord to small claims to recover the rent from 11/7/99 to 11/10/99 since I had given her back possesion? Also this was her 30 day notice to me, It was not a move at my convienence and was a huge economic strain, would that work in my favor to recover lost rent?

No, you may not recover that.
