3 Day Notice and Partial Payment
Iwas issued a 3day notice I paid partial payment to my landlord a week later I was served with a summons. On my receipt it states amount paid for rent for that month. Do I have to be reserved with a 3 day since the landlord accepted partial payment on the original 3 day notice.

Unless you pay the entire amount due he can still evict you on the old notice. If you paid the full amount but it was past the 3 day deadline you could also still be evicted.
