LawGuru is not a lawyer referral service. Although you might connect with a lawyer this way, since we are all volunteer practicing attorneys who provide the answers, this is a question and answer service. If you have a specific question, feel free to post it and someone will answer it if they can. If you need more general help, you are better off contacting a local tenants' rights organization or the lawyer referral service of your county bar association. You should also bear in mind that there is rarely any legal option in the face of a 3-day notice for non-payment of rent other than to pay what is owed or make an agreement with the landlord for payment and withdrawal of the notice. There is not much a lawyer can help you with with that, although if it is part of a more long term ongoing situation, a lawyer may be of help.
