Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

Given 30 days notice, not moving.

We gave our tenants a 30day notice on August 1, 1999. Today is their last day and there are no signs of moving out. What do we do next if they aren't gone by Sept. 1st?

Thanks for your help.

Unfortunately, you'll probably have to resort to filing

an unlawful detainer action. I'd suggest that you contact

the local bar association and find out if they

have an attorney referral service where you can

contact counsel that specializes in this area.
