Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

I have a $1.5 million dolar foreclosure lawsuit against jp morgan chase. chase has settled foreclosure violations with the federal government to the tune of $25 billion 5 other banks.

my foreclosure was between 2008 and current. the violations are within the scope of my lawsuit.

i am seeking an attorney to handle my case.

If you'll send me (privately, by email, FAX or U. S. Mail) full particulars, I will give you an evaluation of your (proposed) lawsuit's prospects and, if I think it has merit, a proposal to write it up, file and prosecute it. I'm not so sure, however, that the lenders' settlement with the feds points the way for a whole bunch of private lawsuits.
