Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

3 months ago i had a party at my house and a burnout accured that night. I just recieved a ticket for 1600 for clean up and resurfacing. No one from my "party" did a burn out, and if they did no one saw it. they just assumed i did it. is this legal?

Yes you can be ticketed for this. You will need to fight this. The best way is to hire an attorney.
