Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California
I have a 5 year lease ends in 2020 and the owner just notify me that he's selling the property/ Supposedly has 3 buyers coming this weekend to view the property.

If you are concerned that somehow the sale will void your lease, don't worry. That happens only when the lease itself provides for it. The new owner buys the property "subject to" your lease.
