Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California
have 1 yr lease on just forclosed/owner eviction notice. new law states lease transfers to bank if not sold. so do i really have 1 year left to rent even though my exlandlord has to be out in 30 days max.

Your question doesn't make any sense. If your landlord has to be out in 30 days, how in the world are you a bona fide tenant?
