If written as "CC&Rs;" it would mean covenants, conditions and restrictions. Each of the three has a different legal meaning, but taken together, the "CC&Rs;" are the things you cannot do, or must do, with your real property, because of local ordinances, deed restrictions you inherited when you purchased, and/or terms of private contracts you became party to by purchasing the property. Examples: Boundary fences must be maintained. No architectural modifications without design approval. No outdoor parties after midnight. etc. etc.
