how do I add my spouse to my current LLC for realestate investing? Financially we share everything. We share same bank account, and file join tax return.

You contact the lawyer who set up the LLC for you and have them help you through it. If you didn't have a lawyer do it for you, you should have, and you really should now.

I agree. You need to amend your Operating Agreement to designate the members. I assume you have one? First you need to know if you are member nmanaged or manager managed. Then define the relationship of the members and or manager in the Operating Agreement. You will also likely need to amend the Statement of Information filed with the Secretary of State.
