Affiliated Business Arrangement (ABA)

I am a Mortgage Broker license by the California Department of Real Estate. I need information on how to legally set up an ABA relationships with different types of companies like CPA firms, Real Estate offices, Law Offices, ect. For a more exact descorption of what I want to accomplish you can visit Metrocities Mortgage web page under Joint Ventures They position an ABA is a Joint Venture...which is accurate. Is there a difference between being broker and establishing ABA relatinships vs. being a lender?

I recommend addressing your question directly to the Dapartment of Real Estate, which is better positioned to give opinions on proposed licensee dealings than any individual attorney not connected with the department.
