Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California
I have b een putting yard waste in a pile for 40 years at the end of the road to dry and remove some of it weekly new neighbors says it is an easement and piled all of it passing our no treaspassing sign into our covered parking we have been there in California since 1972 and doing this I put it by the junipers my mothere planted in 1972 in which they say they now own the road and those also
