Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

I let someone use our baby crib and they finally gave it back but it was dameged so bad we can't use it now and they refuse to replace it it cost me 600 new can I take them to small clams court

Yes, that's what the small-claims courts are for.......I suggest getting one of those self-help paperback law books on how to file and win your small-claims case. Make sure it is a recent edition and is slanted toward California's laws. The book will discuss the pros and cons of filing a suit.
