Bamboo Leaves

My mother is growing bamboo in her backyard and the leaves are falling onto the neighbor's yard. Our neighbor wishes for us to remove the bamboo from our yard, but my mother does not want to remove them since she has had them there for about 27 years. What is the best way to go about the situation? Thank you for your time.

You could talk to the neighbor and see if you can work out a compromise. Such as provide for removing the leaves from their yard.
