banned dog breeds
CC&Rs allowed pets with no restrictions on breeds when I purchased my townhouse 11 years ago. The HOA just banned Pit Bulls, Rotweilers and Dobermans. Will I have to get rid of my Pit Bull which I have had for the past 7 years?

I would try petitioning the Board to "grandfather" you in as an exception because you have been there for 7 years with your dog, the dog has proven to be non-dangerous and you purchased your home in reliance that you could have your pet there. Your pet is part of your family.
