Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

I have a boarder and have served him with a 60 day eviction notice but he says he is not moving out I read that I can get him out with California code 1946.5 can you tell me what I need to but on this form? How do I get the police to get him for trespassing? ( I own the house and he is my only boarder)

I'm not sure what form you are referring to but the 60 day notice is plenty of time for notice.
