Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

we bought a duplex house & we shared the mortgage to pay-52% for her /48% for me coz she had 3 bedroom & mine is 2 bedroom , she leave the duplex & live with her son & rented it out to other & she did not tell me how much she rented it & did not tell me who rented it?? do I have the right to know everything coz i'm still her co-owner? also if she had rental income ? do I have the right to tell her the difference should put to add on our mortgage loan??

If she owns 52% she should pay 52% of the community costs of the duplex or per a written agreement between you. l don't think she has any further obligation to you.
