Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California
I just bought a home two months ago and just found out yesterday that the house right next door to me is a drug rehab home. I feel this is important information that should have been disclosed to me, and it wasn't. I would have never bought this house if I would have known. Is there anything I can do about this?

Yes. That is a material breach of the seller's and the seller's agent's disclosure obligations, possibly of your agent's as well. You should contact an attorney about obtaining either a rescission of the sale or money damages.
Yes; a "failure to disclose" information of this sort is a cardinal sin in the home-selling world. See a lawyer to discuss your rights and possible damages or other remedies. (This assumes the seller KNEW ...... it is of course remotely possible that the seller was a bank or an absentee owner that had no idea who the neighbors were or what activity they engaged in; if this were the case, your chances of a successful suit are much smaller!)
