Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California
Bought a house almost 4 years ago.. there is and out house behind our yard and a big truck drives up behind us on golf cart path 2 -3 times a week. People are rude door slammed all the rime. How do I get it removed. I do have rights? Raising a two all boys and a big dog.. please help me by telling what I need to do and how to do so.. thank you! A frustrated family

Was the out-house there when you bought the house? If so, you will have a much harder time with doing anything. If it was not, you may have a claim for nuisance. You may be able to file a small claims case to enjoin (stop) the noise.
If even if the problem predated your purchase of the house, there are some authorities that a nuisance can be abated.
You might try talking to the landowner and see if they can get the people to be more respectful.
Your remedy sounds like a suit for nuisance, if there are actually regular and serious breaches of your 'quiet enjoyment' of your property.
