i BOUGHT A PIECE OF PROPERTY FROM MY EX BOSS. i WAS FIRED BUT THIS WAS AFTER HE GAVE ME ONE ACRE OF LAND. i HAVE THE DEED BUT HAVE NOT RECORED IT. WHAT DO I DO?

If he gave you as a gift something that turns to be worthless then you probably have no claim against him, but you probably would if you bought it.
