Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California
I just bought a property and discovered that my neighbor in the flag lot has his sewer line 4 ft inside of my property...what can I do?

That depends on the title documents to the two properties. If the neighbor has a utility easement or there is other documentation of the location of the line being legal, there is nothing you can do. If it is just in the wrong place, you can require them to acquire an easement from you or relocate the line.
