My boyfriend lied to me about money on a house we both owned at one time

My boyfriend lied to me and was having affairs and coherced me into taking my name off the house we both owned citing in case I was in a car accident or something and I paid into the house for two years and my name was on the house. Do I have any recourse in getting what the house went up in value those two years? If I no longer have my name on the house. I have e-mails that showed he lied to me and mislead me.

Our firm has handled couple of cases similar to your. Assuming all of stated facts are true, you have several claims, including fraud and Purchase-Money Resulting Trust. You need to file a Les Pendense as soon as possible. We will more than happy to further evaluate your case.
