Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

Breach of Contract

I just signed a rental lease for a new apartment and I just found out that the tenant is overcharging us. I heard there was a 72hour time period that would allow me to get out of the contract if he doesn't agree to lower the price. I want to know if this is true or if there is any other way I can get out of the lease because of the new information I just discovered.

Re: Breach of Contract

there is no 72 hour period. Once you sign it, it is final.
