Is there any way to break up a grant deed or joint tenancy by court of law or probate court?

Severing a joint tenancy is easily done by either joint tenant. I don't really know what you mean by "break up a grant deed." Courts do have the power to declare deeds invalid, if there is good cause for doing so. Please contact me with details of the situation and I can give you a more complete response.

A joint tenancy can be severed in several different ways. I'm not sure what you mean by breaking up a grant deed, either.
