Breaking a rental agreement-Lease

Need to know how to get out of rental agreement without having to pay the ''extra'' months rent. I'm pregnant and we need more space. Apt has ants, busted water heater that always goes out, noisy neighboors, and that's just the tip. Have been willing to give 120 day notice. Sublet not an option.

I recommend negotiating with your landlord. Explain your situation, see if you can make a deal. Perhaps the same landlord could switch you into a larger unit.
