Broker's payment of Agent Commissions

I am a licensed real estate salesperson and am working for a broker. Is it legal for the broker to pay me my commssions to my S-Corp rather than to me as an individual?

No, because your S-corp is not licensed with the DRE. (The DRE gives separate licenses to corporations.) As you know, since you are a salesperson, you must necessarily work under a sponsoring broker.
