Re: buyer failed to perform
You may have a right to sue for your damages. Some contracts require arbitration or mediation.
You may also have a right to sue for specific performance. Sometimes, you can retain the deposit. Please contact our office at 714 363 0220 if you want us to review your contract and provide you with advice.
Re: buyer failed to perform
It depends on how you choose to handle the buyer's breach. Do you want to demand performance? Do you want to rescing escrow and keep earnest money deposit?
If you will provide additional facts, I can provide additional direction for you.
Feel free to do so either by phone (626) 578-0708 or online at www.No-Probate.com
Re: buyer failed to perform
Depends on what you want. Simply state in the letter what you wish and give him a date. Also check the contract for penalties for breach, and requirements (e.g. notice, mediation, etc.).
