Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California
I'm looking at buying landlocked property in Borrego Springs, Ca. The city road turned into a dirt road keeping the same name but turns into private property according to the public works dept. However, it shows up on most maps as a regular city road. The road boarders several other landlocked properties. Don't know the other owners but heard the one closest to me is difficult to deal with. Not sure which way to go. I can shoot you a map if interested...
