Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California
Buying Real Estate
Hello Guru
If I presented a full price offer on a house with no contingencies, no appraisal or loan contingency, does the seller have to take my offer and sell me the house?
Thanks
Amy

No.

No.
The operative word is OFFER. A seller may accept your offer or reject it. A listing is merely an invitation for potential buyers to make an offer.
