Calif owner occupied home....Trustee Sale notice filed and served By Trustee who is Attorney due to take place in 2 weeks. Transfer of Foreclosure Attorney now appointed durring this process ....What happens now ? Is Sale stoppped and postponed ?

While I agree with Mr. McCormick, I think I can guess what you are asking about, and I would say that if by "transfer" you mean "substitution," this is a fairly common pre-foreclosure event, and will not affect or postpone the foreclosure sale.
