Can a California Real Estate Broker be the broker/officer (broker of record) for two separate corporations at the same time? What, if anything, must be disclosed to each party?

As far as I know, this is permissible. The other officers and directors of each corporation should be informed in writing of the dual officer roles. In order to be completely sure, discuss this with the DRE and get a written opinion. Make sure both firms; DRE reporting, and your own, is up-to-date. This will place the dual role on the public record.
