Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California
In California: How would I go about registering a motorcycle without any proof of ownership? Over 30 years ago, my uncle received a motorcycle from a family friend, but no bill of sale was given with it. It has not been used/registered for at least 20-25 years. I wish to restore it and register it in my name, what steps would I need to take?
