Not sure what you mean by "board certified;" I'm unaware of any board that certifies forms in the California real estate arena.

There are several publishers of well recognized "form" real estate purchase contracts. Each publisher has a variety of contracts which are tailored to categories of transactions. For example, different forms are used for residential, commercial, farm and bare land deals.

The publishers make the forms available to real estate professionals who subscribe to their services. Most of them will also sell forms to the general public. Ask a real estate agent where to buy the forms they use. Or maybe you should just sign up with an agent and let him or her handle your transaction. As a buyer you can probably get good representation with no commission cost to you.
