In california can I transfer my 50% joint tenancy in real estate and my 50% joint tenancy in a mobile home to my ex husband as satisfaction of a divorce equity payment without the consent of the other joint tenants?

Yes. This will break the joint tenancy, and may produce unexpected income tax results unless it is done pursuant to a court order, but it can be done,
