Re: Right to cancel

If you are tring to cancel a transaction which is subject to cancellation, and your time has not yet expired, you simply need to notify the lender of your intent to cancel. Simply send a written (in any form, as long as it lets the lender know you are rescinding) notice certiied mail, return receipt requested.

If your time to rescind the transaction has passed (i.e., it has been more than 3 business days), you will be "stuck" with the loan.
