Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

Hello my name is Cecilia I had lived in Riverside,CA. I met my husband in Whittier

CA. 1980 ,we're married in 1982, and moved to Riverside,CA. I had had a young son

from a preivous relationship, and we had three chilldren, we were also both joint

owner's of are home in Riverside. In 1995 we seperrated and divorced in 2000 our

three children chose to stay in the home with their father during that time of

seperation, the fact that I was no longer in the home my husband stated he

could no longer affored to pay the mortgage. He had stated to me that the bank had indeed taking over the house. So my question is that just recently I was informed December 2012 that my ex-husband had indeed sold our home never notified me of the sell of the house and had forged my signature on the selling contract of are home. Is there anyway I could find if he made a profit from the sale, and

to see the actual signatures of the selling contract. Plus is that illegal to have signed

my signature, for having done so and if he had made any profit from the sell am

I entitled to any of money, and can I press charges for him having done so.?
